Our History

In 2006, Cents2Profits was created and founded by Kendric Embree after spending nearly 20 years working various finance, operations and administrative roles and serving as a small business consultant in both  for-profit and nonprofit sectors. During his career, he discovered and cultivated a passion for working with small businesses, helping to bring their visions to reality. He noticed that every small business reaches a critical crossroads when advice or additional support is needed in order to grow. Often times hiring a full-time bookkeeper or administrator isn’t financially feasible and finding sufficiently trained and committed individuals to work part-time is an even bigger challenge. This left business owners struggling to find Reliable, Affordable and Professional service providers and Cents2Profits was born to fulfill this need. Over the last decade, Cents2Profits has become one of Atlanta’s top business advisory firms and has expanded to serving clients throughout the United States, regardless of size, industry or business model.
